This special edition sparkling wine “Five Generations” has been launched to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Batemans Brewery in 2024 and the introduction of the fifth generation of the Bateman family.
Blanquette de Limoux is a variety of sparkling wine which is crafted in the champagne method and fermented in bottle for 18 months.
A blend of Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes from an area of Southern France in the Pyrenean foothills just south of Carcassone. A dry sparkling wine with a creamy texture and full bodied with fruity aromas.
