Tasting Notes 

This special addition sparkling rose is part of the “Five Generations” range. It is a dry elegant sparkling wine from the Limoux region in Southern France, the oldest sparkling wine-producing area in the world.

A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes aged on lees between 18 and 24 months. This delicate salmon pink wine is produced from a selection of vines with very low yields partly located on Northwest exposed clay-limestone soils and partly on southern- facing plots. This creates a perfect balance of freshness, roundness, acidity and Southern warmth. Aromas of red fruits with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant compote.
